While Wayfinder Coaching is designed for young adults aged 12-25, most of our customers are high school students.
Our program focuses on personal growth and real-world skills, complementing academic learning by filling the life-preparedness gap traditional schooling often leaves.
Yes, parents receive regular updates once per month that includes project progress, skill development, feedback and recommendations, and upcoming goals.
Wayfinder is about discovering passions and potential, not just getting better grades. And unlike therapy, we focus on actionable steps towards personal and professional goals.
We tailor the program based on initial assessments, ongoing feedback, and one-on-one coaching to align with each student’s interests and goals.
Students will have 1 hour of coaching per week. Any additional time they spend on project work will depend on their own level of engagement. We want to avoid packing on to their already filled schedule.
Currently, all Wayfinder interactions are offered in-person in Palo Alto or online, offering flexibility for students worldwide.
We are measuring for sense of purpose, problem-solving, and resilience - as well as student feedback, project outcomes, and personal growth milestones achieved during the program.
Our coaches are experienced professionals who have found their own way through life, often taking unconventional paths. They’re trained in the Wayfinder methodology and screened for fit.
“Coaching is simply unlocking a person's potential to maximize their growth.”
